After you have made payment sucessfully you can download the E-Book(s) from the Downloads page. You will also receive an email with a link to download the file(s). *Please check your spam/junk folder

You will always have access to your E-Book files from the website if you ever lose them or need to access them

Unfortunately not as they are digital items and you cannot receive a refund for them. If you have an issue with a download, I will be happy to help.

They come in .PDF format which can be opened in browsers or a PDF program such as Adobe Acrobat Reader which can be downloaded for free.
